MY PROTOCOL

1. Enrollment in the Affiliate Program

By submitting an application to The Protocol Affiliate Program, you warrant that you have read and reviewed this Agreement and that you agree to be bound by it. We reserve the right to approve or reject any affiliate application in our sole and absolute discretion.

2. Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you agree to:

• Promote The Protocol products in a manner that is consistent with our brand image.
• Use only approved marketing materials and creative assets.
• Disclose your affiliate relationship to your audience in compliance with FTC guidelines.
• Not engage in any misleading, deceptive, or unethical marketing practices.

3. Commissions and Payouts

Commissions are earned on qualifying sales made through your unique referral link.

• Standard commission rate is 15% of the sale amount (excluding shipping and taxes).
• Commissions are paid out monthly for the previous month's earnings.
• Minimum payout threshold is AED 100.
• Self-referrals (purchasing through your own link) are not eligible for commission.

4. Intellectual Property

We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our logos, trade names, and other intellectual property solely for the purpose of promoting our products in accordance with this Agreement.

5. Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately cease all use of our intellectual property and remove all links to our website.

6. Limitation of Liability

We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits, or data) arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
