Most of our protocols are suitable for vegetarians. Protocol 01: Power (Creatine), Protocol 02: Neuro (Omega-3), and Protocol 06: Rest are vegetarian-friendly. Our Omega-3 is sourced from sustainable fish oil. Please check individual product pages for specific dietary information, as formulations may vary.

Results vary by product and individual. For Protocol 01: Power (Creatine), you may notice improved workout performance within 2-4 weeks as muscle creatine stores saturate. Protocol 02: Neuro (Omega-3) benefits typically appear after 4-8 weeks of consistent use. Protocol 06: Rest often shows improvements in sleep quality within the first week. Consistency is key for all supplements.

Each protocol comes with clear dosage instructions on the label. Generally: Protocol 01: Power - 5g daily (any time). Protocol 02: Neuro - 2 softgels with your largest meal. Protocol 03: Youth - 2 capsules daily with food. Protocol 04: Biome - 1 capsule daily, preferably with breakfast. Protocol 05: Test - 2 capsules in the morning with food. Protocol 06: Rest - 2 capsules 30-60 minutes before bed.

Our supplements use well-researched ingredients at safe, clinically-studied dosages. Most people experience no side effects. Some may notice mild digestive adjustment with Protocol 04: Biome during the first few days. Creatine may cause slight water retention (intramuscular, not bloating). Shipping & Delivery

We currently ship throughout the GCC region including UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Oman, and Qatar. We're working on expanding to additional regions. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when we launch in new markets.

We offer FREE shipping on all orders over AED 300 within the GCC. For orders under AED 300, a flat shipping fee of AED 25 applies for UAE delivery, and AED 45 for other GCC countries. Express shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

UAE orders: 1-3 business days. Other GCC countries: 3-7 business days. Orders placed before 2 PM UAE time on business days are typically processed the same day. During peak periods or holidays, delivery times may be slightly longer.

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website. Our customer service team is available to help if you have any questions about your delivery.

Yes, we offer express delivery options for UAE orders. Same-day delivery is available in Dubai and Abu Dhabi for orders placed before 12 PM. Express delivery to other UAE emirates takes 1-2 business days. Select your preferred shipping option at checkout.

We take full responsibility for lost or damaged packages. If your order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive within the expected timeframe, contact our customer service team immediately. We'll either send a replacement or issue a full refund, no questions asked.

Returns & Refunds

We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. For opened products, we offer a one-time exchange or store credit if you've used less than 25% of the product.

To start a return, email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label (for UAE returns). Returns are typically processed within 5-7 business days of receiving the product.

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that your bank may take an additional 5-10 business days to reflect the refund in your account.

We apologize for any mix-ups! If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of what you received. We'll send the correct product right away at no additional cost and arrange for the return of the incorrect item.

Orders & Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and cash on delivery (COD) for UAE orders. All transactions are secured with SSL encryption and processed through Shopify's secure payment gateway.

Yes, cash on delivery is available for orders within the UAE. A small COD fee of AED 10 applies. Please have the exact amount ready for the delivery driver. COD is not available for orders over AED 2,000 or for addresses outside the UAE.

Orders can be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, orders enter our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. Contact our customer service team immediately if you need to make changes. For cancellations after shipping, standard return policies apply.
